Mt. Peak respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do.
Account details — your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we cannot read your password). Order details — the items you buy, your delivery and billing addresses, gift messages, and any promo code used. Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
To fulfil and deliver your orders, to send transactional emails about them (confirmations, dispatch notices), to let you sign in and see your order history, and — only if you subscribed — to send occasional news from the mountain. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment step.
We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing us. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one email. We keep order records as long as tax law requires, then delete them.
