These terms govern purchases from Mt. Peak. Placing an order means you accept them — they are short, fair, and written to be read.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. Until payment is live, orders may be recorded as reservations and a payment link will follow by email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil — sold-out harvests happen; we will always tell you promptly.
One code per order. Codes have no cash value, may be limited in number or time, and can be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promotional codes voids the discount.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when payment clears. Our full delivery and returns terms are set out on the Delivery & Returns page and form part of these terms.
Tea is a natural, seasonal product. Harvests vary — that is the point. Imagery is representative; leaf and liquor will vary batch to batch within the character described.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
